Joseph's Experience

Key verse:
“But you willreceive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnessesin Jerusalem, [Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC] and in all Judea [Floridato Canada] and Samaria, [West, Virginia to California] and to the ends of theearth.” (Acts 1:8)
Study guide:
“The LORD was with Josephand he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master. When hismaster saw that the LORD gave him success in everything he did, Joseph foundfavor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of hishousehold, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned. From the time heput him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the LORD blessed thehousehold of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the LORD was oneverything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field. So he left inJoseph’s care everything he had; with Joseph in charge, he did not concernhimself with anything except the food he ate. Now Joseph was well-built andhandsome.” (Genesis 39:2-6)
“Joseph’s mastertook him and put him in prison, the place where the king’s prisoners wereconfined. But while Joseph was there in the prison, the LORD was with him;he showed him kindness and granted him favor in the eyes of the prison warden. So the warden put Joseph in charge of all those held in the prison, and he wasmade responsible for all that was done there. The warden paid no attention toanything under Joseph’s care, because the LORD was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever hedid.” (Genesis 39:20-23)
“Then Pharaohsaid to Joseph, “Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one sodiscerning and wise as you. You shall be in charge of my palace, and all mypeople are to submit to your orders. Only with respect to the throne will I begreater than you.” (Genesis 41:39-40)
The Lord was with Joseph:
The Lord caused things to happen
Protection was in place
Nothing the enemy attempted went un-noticed
What Josephtaught us?

In this widely competitive society, experience has become really important. Today, everyone can do pretty much everything. Nowadays, competing for a job as a fresh graduate can be really hard. That is because, companies prefer people who have experience. Companies value experience because it means that you can easily adjust to a professional environment. That is why, we should always try to accumulate experiences, it can really help us compete for jobs in the future. I hope that I can land a job in the soonest.
